Первым делом установим snap

dnf install snap

Установим пакет certbot

sudo snap install --classic certbot
sudo ln -s /snap/bin/certbot /usr/bin/certbot

Затем запускаем certbot для нашего сайта. Он самостоятельно определит Ваш server зарегистрирует и обновит конфиг Вашего сайта

sudo certbot

Проверим конфигурационный файл nginx и перезапустим.

sudo nginx -t
sudo nginx -s reload
